Customers may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving the product. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a standard time frame depending on your bank or card issuer.

We also offer replacements for defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped products at no additional cost. Customers must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery for faster processing.
